Finding Your Way Bible Study
Is Finding Your Way Bible Study right for you?
Are you new to studying the Bible and don’t quite know where to begin? Or maybe you’ve read the Bible on your own, but it feels like a muddle of separate stories, like pieces of a puzzle strewn across a table. You know all these pieces must come together to form a beautiful picture, but you have no idea what it is. Problem solved!
With this Bible study guide you'll build a framework for understanding God's Word. As you trace a key theme through the Bible, you will grasp the flow of its storyline. Gathering pieces of the puzzle, you’ll begin in the first chapter of the Bible and end in the last chapter, stopping at fifty of the most essential passages along the way. You will also create a visual tool by filling in a timeline as you study, examining each piece of the puzzle as you put it in place. And when you have completed Finding Your Way you’ll have the big picture – the lid to the puzzle box - and will be prepared for a lifetime of filling in the details as you continue to study the Bible on your own.

Dear Reader,
I'm so glad you're joining me in this journey to understand the Word of God. It's one I've been on for a long time. For thirty-some years I've served beside my husband Billy in ministry, supporting him in his work as Lead Pastor at Christ Community Church in West Chester, Pennsylvania.
Over the years, the Lord has impressed on me that my first ministry is to my husband, kids, and now grandkids. It is there that I enthusiastically invest much of my time. Secondarily, I have focused my time on teaching the Bible in various settings, applying my degree in education and years of studying the Bible to the work of teaching God's Word. One of my favorite adventures has been the podcast my husband and I created together called "Everything Jesus."
But my real heartbeat is small group Bible study. I absolutely love what happens when a few people join together around the Word of God, sharing their lives as God reveals His plan for them. It is a powerful thing!
As I've gathered around the Bible with hundreds of individuals over these decades, I have found that many struggle to understand the Bible as a whole. The Finding Your Way Bible Study contains the material I developed to meet this need. This study has been used by thousands over the last several years, and I've repeatedly heard that they wished they'd had this tool sooner, as it helped them to finally unlock the Bible.
The Finding Your Way Journals are my answer to the question "what do I do now?", which I'm often asked when folks complete the Finding Your Way Bible Study. These journals are what I wish I had the first time I read through the Bible - a plan of how to divide up the readings, a bit of direction on how to study, and a centralized place to record my journey. This series of three journals makes a great follow-up, and it also works well independent from the Bible study. Want to read through the Bible? Looking for a tool to help? These journals will get you from Genesis to Revelation at your own pace and guilt- free!
Most importantly, I want you to see Jesus lifted up. And I want you to marvel as you watch God's kingdom plan unfold across history!
Blessings as you come to know the Savior more and more,
Kim Burch
